Over the last few week we have seen a dramatic increase of demand for appointments. We urge our patients to only call the surgery if absolutely necessary. Will encourage you to use the local chemist, e-consult (that can be found on our website) or on line access if requesting medication. We will be triaging and sign posting you to these services when you call if appropriate. The staff and doctors are under immense pressure at the moment with trying to manage an impossible demand. Please be kind and patient when you call or visit the practice.
