Our Receptionist Staff are there to help you, led by the reception supervisor Davina Perkins who has extensive knowledge of the facilities and services available. When telephoning for medical attention the Receptionist may ask for a few details, this will enable them to help you in the most appropriate way. Please be assured that the rules of confidentiality apply equally to all practice staff.
You may not need to see the doctor every time you require a repeat prescription. If you have any queries concerning your prescription, our receptionist team will be more than happy to assist with any general enquiries. We do not take requests for medication over the phone unless you are housebound or a carer.
