Massage can bring so many benefits and help with general well-being as well as specific problems:

Relaxation – Whether it’s physical tension or the pressures of everyday life, massage can ease the stress.

Muscular tension – If you work hard or exercise hard, chances are your muscles could do with soothing. Massage can help with muscular strains and tension in the back, neck, shoulders and legs.

Problems sleeping – Massage makes it easier to set aside the problems of modern-day life and bring you to a level of relaxation you rarely get the chance to experience. This can help you make the best of your precious sleep time.

Digestion – Ayurvedic abdominal techniques are particularly valuable for people with digestion problems, who suffer from bloating or who are prone to stomach, lower-back or period pain.

Pregnancy – Massage is a safe and non-invasive treatment that can ease muscle and joint pain; swelling and puffiness, and physical and mental tension and anxiety, as well, of course, as helping you sleep. And don’t forget, massage is a perfect antidote to the hectic, stressful period after your baby is born. A post-natal massage is a rare chance for some “me” time
