All online appointment requests will be triaged by a senior clinician and an appointment arranged or signposted to the most suitable service.
These changes are designed to give you greater control and convenience.
We understand how stressful the phone queue can be, especially the 8am rush. Using the website for your healthcare needs will reduce the telephone queue for those who are not able to go online. The Reception Team are here to support you with these changes.
