We currently have ten Doctors at the Dolphins Practice: Five Partners, two salaried GP's and three GP Registrars.

Dr. Susan Brumwell MBBS, MRCGP, DRCOG.

Dr Quentin joined the Dolphins Surgery in September 2002. He qualified in 1993 in Germany and worked for 4 years in Cape Town before coming to the UK in 1997. He qualified as a GP in 1999. He keeps an interest in the role of complementary therapies in primary care and practices some basic western acupuncture for muscular problems (mainly shoulder/neck and headaches).

Salaried GP's
We have two salaried GP's:- Dr Jonathan Harrison who is Dr Fiona Emerson's replacement and Dr Kate Fletcher, who is currently on maternity leave from December 2009.
Registrars
We are a teaching
practice and undertake regular GP Registrar training. We currently have
three GP Registrars, Dr Vik Sharma, Dr Helen Toop and Dr Sumana Pasumarthy who hold regular clinics during the week.
Doctors
Outside Commitments
Some of the doctors are involved with other general practice related activities
and so they may not always be available. All the Doctors at the Practice
are committed to ongoing training to maintain their professional standings.
The Practice wishes to develop the skills of other Doctors and Nurses
in Primary Care and the Practice is a registered training practice. |
